This Page contains a number of Articles relating to the current programs offered at the Lions Pool as well as stories and dedications for past members of the club and general info on things such as "Your first swim meet" etc.

The Coaches at the Lions Pool will periodically also send out a News Letter to all swimmers with a variety of information.  Please make sure to read these news letters as they will include information regarding training, upcoming swim meets, upcomming events, etc.
