An occasional award by the Coach/Coaching Staff to recognise an act, series of acts or behaviour which, in the coaches' opinion, reflects the pursuit of excellence or the spirit of swimming that all members of Stingray Swim Club are urged to strive for.

ALEXANDER MCGRATH

Alex joined the Discipline Group with enthusiasm and took hold of his opportunity to swim in this higher group with both hands. He turned up his sleeves, showed up every day, put his head down and has been working hard ever since to be the best he can be at the sport he loves. As a result of his disciplined approach to swimming training he has continued to improve at every swim meet and his coaches expect nothing less than to see him continue on this path. We all appreciate the example you have set and the character you have shown this past season. Well Done Alex!
